In the early nineties, when I attended a wedding in California, a reverend performed a touching ritual.   She passed an empty bowl where people placed their loving wishes for the bride and groom..  The intention was that everyone would pour his or her wishes onto the bowl.  Afterwards, the reverend poured the bowl filled with wishes over the newlyweds.

This ceremony inspired me to perform weddings.  Being a minister and performing weddings with different spiritual rituals has been one of my dreams.

I became an ordained minister at the Universal Life Church Monastery in Seattle, Washington, February 11, 2007.
